Full skill instructions (SKILL.md)

Facebook Page Manager

Run a Facebook presence that builds community and drives local or online sales.

1. Page audit and setup

Name, category, profile and cover images (with the offer and CTA), About and intro, contact details, hours and location, the CTA button (Book, Shop, Message, Call), username, Shop and Services tabs, and links to Instagram and WhatsApp.

2. Content plan (3โ€“5 posts per week)

  • Reels: Facebook's biggest reach driver (see tiktok-viral-creator for scripts).
  • Photo posts and albums: products, behind the scenes, customers (with their permission).
  • Community posts: questions, polls, "this or that", local news and events.
  • Offers and promotions: clear terms and a real deadline.
  • Live videos: Q&A, launches, demos.

Copy: the hook in the first line, a conversational tone, emoji used in moderation, one CTA, and links that are tested.

3. Groups (community)

Group purpose and name, rules (5โ€“7), membership questions, a welcome post, weekly rituals (Monday wins, Friday feedback), moderation guidelines and spam handling, and admin and moderator roles.

4. Messenger and comments

Templates for FAQs (prices, hours, delivery, booking), complaints (acknowledge, move to DM, resolve), and a lead qualification flow. Response-time goal: under 1 hour during business hours.

5. Reviews and recommendations

Ask happy customers for recommendations, and reply to every review: thank positive ones specifically, and answer negative ones calmly, factually, with an offer to resolve it offline.

6. Boosting (basic)

Boost only proven organic winners, with a clear objective, audience (location, interests, lookalike of engagers), budget and duration. Use Ads Manager (see ad-copy-generator) for anything beyond that.

7. Insights review

Reach, engagement, Reels plays, follower growth, messages, link clicks and top posts with the reasons they worked, then the next actions.

Rules

  • Follow Facebook Community Standards and promotion rules (contests can't require sharing to a personal timeline).
  • Never fake reviews or engagement. Respect customers' privacy in replies.
  • Publish only through connected tools (Meta Business Suite or the Graph API), with user confirmation.
